Meet The Team?
Pakkiri and Associates is a boutique law firm located in Durban, Kwazulu-Natal. The firm has built a solid reputation in the legal profession and provides a broad range of legal services. Pakkiri and Associates is led by Elizabeth Pakkiri, who established the Law Firm in January 2020.
Elizabeth Pakkiri
Elizabeth Pakkiri is an admitted Attorney, Conveyancer and Notary Public of the High Court of South Africa. She obtained her LLB Degree at the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2006 and went on to work at various legal firms in Durban before establishing Pakkiri and Associates in January 2020. She has extensive experience in a variety of practice areas including property and conveyancing, notarial practice, She is skilled in Conveyancing, Notary, Law, Litigation, and Civil Litigation.
Zuzile Blose
Zuzile Blose obtained her LLB degree at the University of KwaZulu Natal in 2020. During her time at UKZN, she served as a member of the SLSJ (Students for Law and Social Justice) and participated in various programs such as The Moot Club, The Peer Mentor Program and the SLSJ Outreach Program. Zuzile commenced her articles with the firm in 2021 under the guidance of Elizabeth Pakkiri. She has been exposed to a variety of departments within the firm, namely, inter alia, Road Accident Fund, Family law, medical negligence, administration of deceased estates, and criminal law.
Silindile Mthembu
Ms Mthembu graduated from University of Zululand in 2020 with her Bachelor of Law. Ms Mthembu was a member of the Black Lawyers Association as the secretary of the organization. She went on to volunteer at the Law Clinic at the University of Zululand assisting the indigent members of the community in various legal matters. Ms Mthembu has a passion for family and property law and one day wishes to serve her community mentoring young women. Ms Mthembu commenced her articles at Pakkiri and Associates in December 2022.
Ntombifuthi Mkhize
Ntombifuthi Mkhize is an aspiring attorney and is currently studying towards her LLB degree at the University of South Africa. She started working at Pakkiri and Associates in January 2020, when the law firm opened. She has extensive experience in civil litigation, property and third party claims. .
